This Year, David Walliams Will Be Sitting Down In a Quiet Studio For Charity

One of the many charitable events for this year's Sport Relief has been announced by BT, which is getting in a host of celebs to re-record the famous Speaking Clock.

The idea being that BT will then donate 10p to the charity for every call made to the Speaking Clock between Wednesday March 7th and Monday April 9th, which should result in a big windfall for Sport Relief from the Met Police alone.

The other famous people roped in to voice the automated national treasure of a timepiece include the omnipresent Fearne Cotton and radio loudmouth Chris Moyles. Just imagine the wackiness that'll be emerging from these studio sessions. [BT]
