The Ford Mondeo Just Became the World's Biggest Rolling Wi-Fi Hotspot

Ford's stuffing its existing Ford SYNC and MyFord Touch features and an 8" touchscreen into its gadget-packed next-gen Mondeo, also adding built-in Wi-Fi hotspot support to help amuse passengers on those long trips to Tesco.

The updated car, revealed by the maker yesterday, is also the first Ford to feature LED headlights, that turn with your steering and adapt the beam projection depending on your speed. And there will be a battery-powered option as well, with Ford preparing a hybrid model that combines a 2.0-litre petrol engine with a 35kW lithium-ion battery.
