Faster Load Times and Party Improvements for Xbox One Teased Ahead of E3

By Gerald Lynch on at

Microsoft's Phil Spencer has always been a chatty guy, getting stuck in with the community long before taking on his new role as head of Microsoft's Xbox Division. And while not completely spilling the beans on the company's E3 plans, he's teased a few things to expect to see soon from the Xbox One.

Taking to Twitter to tell his followers that there will be a "couple [of] announces [sic] that will be special for [him]", Spencer stated that "faster load times" (particularly for friend invitations) would be on the cards. Further "progress on parties" would also be made -- a system that seemed particularly hamstrung in the transition from Xbox 360 to Xbox One.

Spencer also hinted that the company's E3 extravaganza would likely be available for streaming through the Microsoft consoles, and that the hashtag #bringbackOGxboxgames has caught his eye. With something "special" for him on its way at E3, could a return of his old favourite Voodoo Vince be on the cards? [Twitter via  DualShockers]
