Sony hasn't released a new phone since last week, so it's about time for a few new models to appear. Enter the rumoured Xperia Z3X, which has popped up in benchmarking suite AnTuTu.
According to the AnTuTu tests, the possible future Sony model features a bonkers 6.2-inch display running at 2560 x 1600 resolution, a technical marvel made possible by having 4GB of RAM and a 64-bit Snapdragon 810 chipset. If in any way true, this could be Sony's CES announcement in January, or next February's Mobile World Congress star. [AnTuTu via Techradar]
