Had your fill of Star Wars news for one year yet? Sorry – with a new film scheduled every year now until the end of time thanks to Disney, you'd better get used to seeing the Force-touched cash cow roll into town on a regular basis. To mark the forthcoming launch of Star Wars Battlefront, Sony's getting in on the action too, with a limited Edition Darth Vader PS4 on the way, taking its inspiration from the Dark Lord of the Sith.
Going on sale on November 17th (pricing to be confirmed) the 500GB Darth Vader PS4 features an image of evil old Anakin on its top, along with the Star Wars logo, and comes with a red and black controller too.
A few more goodies will also be thrown in. Speaking on the PlayStation Blog, Adam Boyes revealed that:
The bundle also includes Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe Edition, as well as a digital voucher to download four classic Star Wars titles – Super Star Wars, Star Wars: Racer Revenge, Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter and Star Wars Bounty Hunter – playable for the first time on PS4, and sporting enhanced graphics and Trophy support.
Super Star Wars! Who remembers the secret area on Tatooine where you fell off the cliff, only to find a hidden room filled with extra lives? Ah, the memories.
There will also be a Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars bundle on the way, which includes a physical copy of Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition, the Disney Infinity Base, the Rise Against the Empire Play Set Pack (featuring Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa figures, as well the Rise Against the Empire Play Set piece), and the Boba Fett figure (who is a PlayStation exclusive through Christmas). That bundle is so far only confirmed for US chain Wal-mart though, so fingers crossed it comes to its UK counterpart ASDA with an arse-slapping, change-checking deal.
