Mark Zuckerberg and his army of social media monsters are almost ready to launch Facebook at Work (FaW), the enterprise version of normal Facebook, which has had much of the tech community intrigued for well over a year. It’ll reportedly be very similar to the original network, complete with a news feed, a messaging service and Likes. Sounds really boring actually.
FaW user profiles will remain separate to regular Facebook ones, so you won't end up accidentally posting pictures of your slumbering mate in a thread with your line manager. The platform's been in beta since January, with a selection of companies including Heineken and RBS currently testing it out. Facebook says it'll offer a bunch of premium features too, such as analytics and customer support, for "a few dollars per month per user." [Reuters]
