Star Wars and Cluedo Universes Combine for Galactic Domination of Christmas

By Gary Cutlack on at

They've found something that hasn't yet had the Star Wars logo on it. So now it has the Star Wars logo on it. It's Cluedo, or Star Wars Cluedo, and it'll be out next week -- just in time for Christmas and Star Wars season.

They've taken quite the liberty with the game, mind, so it won't be for Cluedo purists. Like one of those Monopoly sets where nothing makes sense because the streets are all fictional and don't mean anything, the aim of Star Wars Cluedo is to steal a copy of the plans for the Death Star, while walking around a cardboard map of the Death Star and thinking about Star Wars so much that your family life further deteriorates.

As this is quite important to some people, here's where it fits in with the official series timeline: it's set during the events of Star Wars: A New Hope, with Luke, Leia, Han, Chewbacca, R2-D2 and C-3PO the things you can be. Players look for clues as to which planet Vader is set to destroy next and it comes with a dice. I'd rather have some chocolate Brazil nuts. [Shortlist]
