Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindlewald has just hit the cinemas, and being part of the Harry Potter franchise means there are plenty of tie-in promotions to be had. The latest comes from Deliveroo, which has hidden a bunch of money-off vouchers at special Potter-themed locations across the UK.

As the tweet says there are 91 envelopes hidden across the UK, a number that's supposed to represent the 91 titular 'Fantastic Beasts'. The majority of those envelopes contain a £30 Deliveroo voucher, though one of them has £1,000 instead. Imagine having £1,000 to spend at Deliveroo. You'd get so fat you might as well sign up as a Deliveroo cyclist to shed the extra pounds.
Each location has some special significance to Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts, and JK Rowling herself, and clues will be posted on Deliveroo's Twitter account to help people find them. It seems obvious that places like Edinburgh and London will have plenty of envelopes, but the teaser video also suggests some of them will be hiding in Liverpool, Glasgow, and Newcastle. Aside from being fairer to people who don't live in the South East, I don't really get the significance of those cities to the canon.
Maybe Newt got on a ship to New York in Liverpool, and that ship was built in the North East. Who knows.
So if you like free takeaways, and you know everything there is to know about Harry Potter, then make sure to keep your eye on Twitter.
