Every year, Lego releases a new addition to its Modular Buildings series, a range designed for older fans of the building blocks. We've just had word of 2019's new modular building, and it's rather lovely.
Since there's only one a year, the new Modular Buildings set is a big deal, and often leaks before the official announcement. That didn't happen this time, and the Corner Garage, set for release in January 2019, was unveiled right on schedule.
Lego Creator Expert 10264 Corner Garage comprises an impressive 2,569 pieces and attaches easily to the other Modular Buildings sets that are available already. Last year's, a gorgeous 50s-style diner, is one of our all-time favourites.
The garage is fittingly retro-styled with a beautiful petrol pump out front, and there are mechanic minifigs to help you fill up your cool-dude aqua scooter.
Of course, being Lego, it'll cost you. The set will retail for £159.99 in the UK, but on the bright side, that works out to just 6p a piece. Which seems totally reasonable to us.
The Corner Garage set will be on sale early next year.
