If you're in the market for a new phone, Vodafone's puntastic "spring into smartphone savings" sale has kicked off, although it's barely visible on the Vodafone website. Rather than announcing the discounts for visitors, you'll have to keep an eye out for the purple banner that denotes which handsets are getting their prices slashed. It's about as helpful as it sounds.
As well as offering a £96 discount on pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, the network has highlighted discounts on the following handsets, and we've even popped in handy hyperlinks to our review of each one:
- Samsung Galaxy S9 - save £212
- Samsung Galaxy S10e - 60GB for the price of 15GB
- Huawei P30 - 60GB for the price of 15GB
- Google Pixel 3 - save £212
- iPhone XR 64GB - 60GB for the price of 15GB
- iPhone 8 64GB - 60GB for the price of 15GB
- iPhone 8 Plus - 60GB for the price of 15GB
Other handsets that are available online with the 60GB for the price of 15GB deal include the Samsung Galaxy S10, Samsung Galaxy A70, Huawei Mate 20 Pro, OnePlus 6T, Sony Xperia XZ3, Google Pixel 3 XL, Palm, and Huawei P20 Pro.
The sale is running until June 3 in store and online. If you're concerned about picking up a Huawei handset following Google stepping away from the tech company, don't panic just yet. While the new 5G handset is struggling to find support on UK networks as Google suspended operations with the Huawei, it has said that it will continue to support existing Huawei phones.
