The date for Samsung's annual reveal of all the things it has been beavering away on has been leaked, with sources close to the company telling anyone who will listen that it's Wednesday, August 7.
The Unpacked event will reportedly be held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn - the same venue as last year. The disaster that was the Galaxy Fold will apparently be there, after Samsung identified the issues that needed to be fixed. The company was aiming for a June release but needed the extra time to avoid falling into the pitfall of rushing out a substandard product again.
We're also expecting to see the Galaxy Note 10 launch, that we hear could be the first phone in the series to get a pro/ plus edition, like the S series, and that the Bixby button will be scrapped. The device will run Android 9 out of the box. You can read more on everything we know about the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 so far right here. [Engadget]
