Currys PC World is Going After Prime Day With its 'Black Tag Summer Deals Event' Sale

As we all know by now, Amazon has announced its annual Prime Day sale will be kicking off next Monday. That means 48 whole hours of sales that are only on Amazon, and only for Prime Members. Though it seems other retailers aren't willing to go down without a fight, and Currys PC World is the latest one to announce a sale that, by pure coincidence, also clashes with Prime Day.

The 'Black Tag Summer Deals Event' has already kicked off, and is set to end on 16th of July - the second day of Prime Day. Coincidence? Doubt it, not after we've seen many deals on offer from the likes of eBay and John Lewis's recent clearance sale. Currys is offering up to 50 per cent off big brand gadgets, including stuff from brands like Google, Samsung, and Shark. So if you need a new vacuum cleaner or a TV that needs regular virus scans, this might be worth looking into.
