The Motorola RAZR is Set to Launch at the End of This Year and is Going to Have a Hefty Price Tag

The rebooted Motorola RAZR was announced earlier this year and this week we got some more tidbits on a possible price and release date.

The clamshell phone is set to feature two screens - an internal and external one - and is reported to be launching in at the end of the year in the US for $1,500. A European release is set to follow in December, or January 2020 and will be going for €1,500.

The screen inside will be foldable, in that you won't have the real estate interrupted by a hinge, and the outer screen can be used as a track pad.

Other rumours suggest that it will house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, a 2,730mAh battery, and will be available with 4GB and 6GB RAM, and 64GB and 128GB of storage.

Details are thin on the ground outside of that, but at least we've got some pretty renders to drool over in the meantime courtesy of industrial designer Sarang Sheth. [Pocketnow]
