Apple TV Plus is launching next week, and the Apple TV app has dropped on a handful of Fire TV devices in preparation.

You'll find the app available to download on the Fire TV Stick 4K and the Fire TV Stick (2nd Gen), with support coming for the Fire TV cube, the third-gen Fire TV, the Toshiba and Insignia Fire TV Edition smart TVs, and the Nebula soundbar Fire TV Edition before the end of the year.

The only Fire TV devices the Apple TV app won't be compatible with are the first and second-gen Fire TVs, and first-gen Fire TV Stick. So you're more than likely in possession of a device that you can download the app on.

Apple TV+ rolls out November 1 and you can sign up for £4.99 per month. And don't forget, if you're splashing out on a new Apple device (or bought one after 10th September), you'll get a year's Apple TV+ subscription for free. [TechRadar]
