Nando's has launched a new wrap to raise money for the fight against malaria.
The Mozam wrap pays homage to the home of Peri Peri, Mozambique, with the ingredients chosen to reflect the colours of the flag, which in this case, happens to work with ingredients that are actually edible.
The black, yellow, red, and green of the flag is represented by black garlic sauce, pineapple and coconut chutney, Peri Peri sauce, and lettuce. There's also some tangy chicken stuffed in there because this is Nando's.
The wrap costs £7.35 and 50p from each one sold will go to donated to Nando’s Fighting Malaria.
Apparently, the wrap is likely to explode in a shower of sauce, so the restaurants have rolled out some super sized napkins for the occasion. The wraps are available to order in store now. [Metro]
