Virgin Media Thinks its Black Friday Already, Announces Discounts for Phones and the Internet

By Tom Pritchard on at

The other day we heard news that TalkTalk was kicking off its Black Friday sale as early as usual, with deals that would lower the cost of getting yourself online. Now Virgin Media has followed suit with a selection of deals that will save you money on phones and internet deals. Which is helpful, because Virgin internet has a reputation for being rather expensive.

  • Save £240 on the Ultimate Oomph bundle, which gets you 500MB internet, the Maxi TV package, anytime calls to UK landlines and mobiles, and an unlimited everything SIM card. That's now £79 a month for 12 months, instead of £99 a month.
  • Save £204 on the 'Bigger Bundle' which gets you 200MB internet, TV, and free weekend calls. That's now £45 month for 12 months instead of £62.
  • £108 saving on the iPhone XR and the Samsung Galaxy S10
  • A free pair of Defunc True Go wireless earbuds with the Samsung A50
  • A free pair of WF-1000XM3 headphones with the Sony Xperia 5
  • A SIM only deal with 10GB of data for £10

There are also a few more you can check out on site, including a £72 saving on the Galaxy S10e,  £144 off the Huawei P30 and a Nintendo Switch, and more money off deals on the various Bigger and Oomph broadband bundles
