Lego Forma Koi Model Launches in UK as the Pilot Programme Shuts Down

The Lego Forma pilot programme aimed at adults is no more, just a year after it was introduced.

Lego Forma, which launched last year, is coming to a close, which is sure to come as shitty news to its supporters.

The pilot programme was a crowdfunded project on Indiegogo offering a premium Lego experience aimed at adults. The initial test model was based on a fish, with a Technic skeleton that could either be paired with a shark skin, or one of three koi fish designs.

In an email to backers, Lego said Forma won't be continuing in its "present form", indicating that we may see a revised programme roll out in the future, potentially.

In the meantime, the Lego Forma koi fish model is getting a limited UK release, and you can find it over on the Lego website for £42.99.
