Pizza Hut and KFC Have Teamed Up for the Most Ambitious Crossover Since That Meme Was a Thing

In recognition of the upcoming National Pizza Day, KFC and Pizza Hut have joined forces to create this possible abomination inspired by The Fast Food Song. Possibly.

The collaboration between the two restaurants sees the KFC Popcorn Chicken Pizza hit the menu at Pizza Hut for just a couple of weeks, and it sounds very questionable. Although I've been wrong about funky-sounding pizzas before, so who knows. Only available on a Large Classic Crust base, you'd better be ready to commit to eating 10 slices of the thing, or find someone else to foist it off on if it tastes like trash.

The base is smeared with the Colonel's gravy and topped with mozzarella cheese, which should already be raising an eyebrow. It's followed by a smattering of popcorn chicken, which I think we can all agree is the best thing on KFC's menu, and a sprinkling of sweetcorn, which has got the other eyebrow racing upwards to join the first one. All it needs is a dollop of mashed potato at this point, but let's not go giving them any more crazy ideas.

You'll find this bonkers medley exclusively through Pizza Hut Delivery from today up until February 16, with National Pizza Day falling somewhere in the middle, on February 9. 400 stores are running the promotion so you should be able to find it in one near you. Just head over to the website to check your local area.
