Dusty Cave Photo Sells for Staggering £4.1m

This photo of a dusty cave is the new most expensive photo in the world, with a private collector paying photographer Peter Lik $6.5m for the B&W print. He looks a bit silly now, as it's available for free on the internet right there. The anonymous buyer also bought other works from Lik in a job lot, spending a total of $10m on a handful of moody black and white nature prints. [PR via io9]
