Why Can't Siri Help Me Be Less of a Drunk-Dialling Schmuck?

So I find this clip of the Ellen Degeneres show. Some dude in the audience gets down on a knee, pops the question to his girlfriend, and she says no. Abortion-finding aside, Siri isn't that bad. That's why Google is reportedly feverishly working on its own version of the voice-activated, natural-language assistant, code-named Majel. More speculation is available at Android and Me.

Apple iPhone 4S' Siri can find you hookers in your neighbourhood. Siri can find you Viagra. Siri can find you a local surgeon to give you breast implants. But apparently it can't find abortion clinics.

Siri Can Control Spotify, But Can It Find You Good Taste?

By Kat Hannaford on at

Can someone who has an iPhone 4S ask Siri what type of music she's into? I'm sure it's infinitely better than what you listen to. (I'm joking, of course! Maybe.) Thanks to the SiriProxy software recently created, it's now possible to control your Spotify playlist via Siri, queuing up new songs and even asking her to identify tracks for you.
